What are the types of classes offered?

Taste of Tabatas 

Most compact and engaging workout around! Each exercise only lasts for 4 minutes but it will be the hardest 4 minutes ever! Hard for 20 seconds, rest for 10 seconds…. Repeat 8 times! This fun fast paced work out is geared towards all ability levels, everyone is welcome!

HIIT it and Go 

If you’ve heard of High Intensity Interval Training you’ll probably associate it with sweating, panting and lots and lots of burpees! HIIT is a cardio session arranged as short bursts of very hard work, you need to push yourself to the max during every set. Working your hardest is key if you want to boost endurance, increase metabolism and lose body fat. So Hiit it and Get on with your day!

Baby Body Blaster 

You never know what’s coming for this bootcamp. This is a full body workout with a focus on those mommy areas that might need a little more attention. This high powered class will boost your cardio, strengthen your core and you’ll leave the class feeling stronger and more energized!

Strength and Sass 

Designed to strengthen and tone every inch of your body. A focus on developing long, lean, flexible muscles and of course ….. Your core! This class is designed for all levels of fitness, so if you are just starting out or a seasoned veteran, come join and get back that sassiness!

Just the Mommas!

Leave the kiddos, laundry and diaper bags behind. This class is designed for just us mommas! This class can be a HIIT class, a Tabatas class, a Strength class, who knows? But what we do know is that after we’ve worked our buns off we will head out for a glass of wine.

All of our classes are designed with you in mind and follow the following criteria:

Are you a certified instructor?

Yes! I am a Fitness and Nutrition Expert certified internationally with Fit Chicks, this certification is also recognized by NASM (National Association of Sports Medicine). I also carry up to date First Aid/CPR certification.
